Firstly, all parameters in the API have an ID number. All ID in the API “sports based” are unique. You can filter the tournament list using CountryID and TournamentID.

Round corresponds to round/week/game/leg for games (Match/Game) as a global value for all sports types.

You must not create your IDs. You have to use IDs in API for everything. Because, When you create your IDs, it makes your process longer and causes some updating issues. If you want to work the system properly, you must use API IDs directly.
- What is the GMT in API?

The GMT is “0” in API, which means you can set the GTM in the project according to your timezone.
- How can I understand if the match was finished after penalties or extra times in “Match Lists Endpoints”?

You can find out scores “scores” area in API if you want to show scores like 90 mins result, Penalty Result, or Extra Time Result. It would help if you directly used the regular for 90 Mins Result, penalties for Penalty Result, and extra time result.
- How many formations are available for Soccer, where can I find the all formation types?

- What is the day range for Match List endpoints?

Match Lists Endpoints work in - 7 Days|Today|+7Days. So, you can reach the matches only in this interval.
- To show full time result or match result, do I look “current” or “regular” in the score types? Do you have any documentations for the score types?

There are some types in the score for the specific purposes. These score types can be different in the sports. For example, current and regular are always same in the all sports. On the other hand, the scores in Half's, Quarters, Sets are different in the sports. We always advice you to read the “current” type in your project. Because, “current” type always shows the final result cumulatively regardless of any types.
- Are there any endpoints to see my coverage details?

Yes, you can see your coverage details via “TournamentList” endpoint (sports based).
- All IDs in the API are unique?

Yes, All IDs in the API are “sports based” unique which means teamID=1(Galatasaray) in soccer is always Galatasaray or TournamentID=2(English Premier League) is always English Premier League in soccer.
- Do you provide the minute of the match instantly in all sports or how can I calculate the minute?

No, we provide the minute of the match for only two sports which are soccer and basketball now. So, you do not need to calculate it. You can find the minute value at “times - currentminute” in the match list endpoints.
- How can I understand if the goal or any type of event/comment...etc, was deleted or canceled in endpoints?

We always provide the updated data, and it doesn’t include deleted/cancelled events/commentaries, even if deletion or cancellation is being made. So, you always have to make an ID-based comparison when you update your data via API to prevent showing deleted or cancelled items in your application.
- How can I order if the two or more events are being made at the same minute?

You can order the events which are being made at the same minute via “orderNo”
- Are Line-ups or formations being updated after the substitutions?

No, Lineups provide only the starting eleven and bench before the match is started. They are not being updated after the substitution events or formation changes.
- Do you provide the possible line-ups for match in the API?

No, we don’t provide the possible line-up due to suspended or injured players.
- When I can get the line-ups from API?

If you are having trouble about requesting to API. To control your configuration once again might be helpful. Here is the some missing points;
- Use a wrong or missing key
- Forget to use languageId or using wrong languageId.
- To get the data via IP which is not in the IP access list.
- Use a wrong or not authorized endpoint path.
- How can I change or update the score in my project if the goal is cancelled or deleted due to a reason?

You always have to read the scores in match list endpoint. Scores always deliver the updated data to prevent these kind of issues.
- How can I understand if there is a correction or edit in commentary sentences?

To make your correction on your side, you have to compare the commentary IDs on your side; if there is the same ID, you should use this ID. If not, you should delete the commentary on your side and show the updated list in your project.
- How are position-id and tactical-id determined? Can the player's net position in the field be determined with tactical id?

In API, we support 2 types of data format which are XML and JSON. API offers JSON format as default. If you want to get the output as XML, you should set “application/XML” in your header values.
