I started to exceed my daily limit every day, what should I do about it?

If you frequently start to exceed your daily limit within a month, it will be better for you to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. You can click here to see other subscription plans.

Which is the ideal subscription plan for startup business?

If you do not have any statistics data such as page views of your site, we recommend that you keep track of how much daily use you're taking from Free Trial membership. You can also make some estimates with Data Plan Calculator on the pricing page, or you can contact us by clicking here.

What does the term “number of data requests” in the subscription plans mean?

Number of data requests indicate the total daily request limit defined for the widgets in that subscription. If your subscription plan’s limit is 2,500,000 calls per day and the widgets use in your subscription send more than 2,500,000 data requests in a single day, you won’t be able to show the widgets in your website until the next day.

I purchased wrong subscription plan, can I change it later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan whenever you want.

I want to change the primary domain name I use widgets, what should I do?

You can change your primary domain by clicking "Domain Settings" from your panel.

My credit card’s limit exceed and due date for payment is arrived. What can i do to keep widgets on my platform working?

You can update your credit card information by clicking "Manage Payment Methods" from your panel or you can contact us by clicking here.

How should I use widgets under the subdomains of my domain?

You need to define each domain you are planning to use the widgets in, including your subdomains. You can add a domain from your dashboard under Widget Settings -- Domain Settings menu, right after you are signed in to your account.

Where can I track my daily use limits?

You can track the summary of your daily use from the main page of the panel on the Stats page.

Can I see my daily limits instantly on dashboard?

Yes you can see your limits on the dashboard from the Stats section.

I didn't get an e-mail activation e-mail, what should I do?

First, please make sure to check all the folders in your mailbox. If the activation mail has not been received, you can send the activation mail again on the Dashboard screen.

Are subscription plans priced monthly or annually for widgets?

Membership plans are made on a monthly basis.

Are subscription plans priced monthly or annually for API?

API packages are based on custom packages and can be billed both monthly and yearly. Please contact our sales team for more details.

How long it takes to start using widgets after my registration?

Widgets are ready for use in 8 languages as soon as you are a subscriber.
